St James Parade is able to make prompt decisions when an opportunity is presented.

St James Parade recognises the value of individuals or agencies identifying land to us for potential acquisition. As a result we pay introduction fees where land is acquired as a direct result of an introduction of land we were not already aware of. (Formal tenders excluded.)
