Affordable Homes Bonanza

St James Parade Partnerships, a specialist division of St James Parade (Holdings) Ltd, has announced two projects worth some £12million with United Welsh Housing Association to provide over 100 new affordable homes in Tredegar and Ystrad Mynach. Director Glyn Mabey stated ëWe are delighted that many months worth of work has resulted in these two projects being agreed with United Welsh. Contracts are signed and we are just waiting for Welsh Assembly approval to commence on site. St James Parade Partnerships will continue to work with Local Authorities and Housing Associations to provide affordable new homes in areas of need in the South Wales and South West regions. These projects will not only provide much needed homes but also a boost to the local construction workforce at a time when good news is certainly needed.í These developments by United Welsh Housing Association, based in Caerphilly, will provide a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes and at Tredegar include apartments specifically aimed at the over 55ís.
